Practical Flight Training
Add as part of your course with us or as stand alone training.
Our practical flight training can be carried out with your drone, or if you do not own a drone, we can provide a fully insured drone.
We provide training on both multirotor and fixed wing drones and utilising different flight modes.
Your instructor has over 4,000 unmanned aircraft flying hours and is an experienced CAA flight examiner. You will go away armed with the knowledge and confidence to fully explore the capabilities of the drone.
Flight training can be carried out at you pre-arraigned suitable location, or at one of our South West flight locations. Our flight training locations are West County based.
You will be taught everything from the ground up:
How to set up the drone correctly.
Safety on the ground and in the air.
Normal and emergency flight procedures.
Basic and advanced flight manoeuvres.
Whether you are new to drones or a remote pilot with many hours already, our practical flight training is designed to get you in the air safely, and for you to pass your CAA practical flight assessment.
Practical flight training sessions can be carried out before your CAA GVC practical flight assessment.
If you have any special requirements, or something you feel you need to work on, feel free to contact us and we can create a training package to suit your needs.
